  3. Choose a file type, and click Next.
  4. Then Report Wizard will make your
  5. file, and ask you to give it a name.
  6. <C><B>Rich Text Format<N> can be read by <I>most<N>
  7. word processors. It includes formatting
  8. elements like italics, and indenting. It is
  9. the preferred file format. Be sure to set
  10. file type selection to RTF so your word
  11. processor will find this file.
  12. <B>Text-only<N> can be read by <I>all<N> word pro-
  13. cessors. It does <I>not<N> include formatting, so
  14. you will format the text. If you are using
  15. an older word processor, you may want to
  16. choose Text-only.
